The Stakes Rise

The Invisible Hand expands the world introduced in Beneath the City. The shadowy corporation hunting the girls has a name, a face, and a plan. The foster care system that was supposed to protect them has been compromised. And the choice between hiding and fighting becomes impossible when hiding is no longer an option.

This second volume of the trilogy follows the girls as they learn to work together, trust each other, and understand that their disabilities were never weaknesses. The world saw them as broken. Prometheus sees them as weapons. They're learning to see themselves as something else entirely.
